Let me try to do this so that you understand the theory and then you can work out how to do the problems easily enough yourselves. The concept is quite simple; unfortunately working them out is a tedious pain in the neck because they give you the information in unlike dimensions or units and you have to convert back and forth to get everything in the same units to work with, and then convert again to get the units the answer calls for. They do this because they want to make sure you can do it no matter what materials you are given to work with. The main intermediary unit for all this stuff is "mols", but I will come back to that and explain at the end of this. In this web page I only want to help you see the concept of what is involved; once you understand the concept, you can work out the calculation details yourselves. Just remember, as tedious as these calculations are, you get to use a calculator instead of the slide rule we had to use in school, and instead of having to multiply and divide the junk out by hand, as people before me did. (I had a teacher in trig that counted the whole problem wrong if you made even the slightest calculation mistake multiplying and dividing big numbers out by hand -- even if you set the problem up totally correctly and showed you knew how to do it. She didn't care; she said you needed to get the right answer to get the credit. Her greatest thrill was the day some rocket blew up after launch because someone had lef...
